Subaru Has Announced Pricing Details for the Upcoming 2019 Subaru Ascent

Subaru is already a source for some of the best SUVs on the market. Hoping to expand on its current offerings, the automaker will soon be adding the 2019 Subaru Ascent to its vehicle lineup. The largest SUV that Subaru has ever built, the Ascent has been generating some considerable buzz among fans of SUVs.

While Subaru has been happy to tell people what the Ascent can do, the company hasn't provided much information concerning how much this new SUV will cost. In a recent news release, however, the automaker revealed that the new Ascent will have a starting price of $31,995. When you rise past its base trim up to the Premium level, that price will rise to $34,195. The Limited and Touring models will cost $38,995 and $44,695, respectively.

While its abilities will vary from trim to trim, drivers will enjoy feature options including the Subaru Starlink system, in-car Wi-Fi, keyless access, push-button start, and more. You'll have access to Subaru's EyeSight Driver Assist safety technology. This includes pre-collision braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot detection, and rear cross traffic alert, among others. If performance is your preference, the Ascent will offer a 2.4-inline BOXER engine rated for 260 horsepower and 277 pounds-feet of torque. The Ascent will also have three rows of seating with options for seven and eight seats.
